This original painting of Captain America has been created by Spanish street artist Ruttum on a magazin paper.
Ruttum always displayed a great talent for painting, so much so he won an award at the Venice Biennale, one of the most prestigious cultural festivals in Europe. Despite his orthodox, classic and contemporary roots, he dives into more avant-garde realms, especially informalism, transformative and abstract art, to end up somewhere in between. In most recent times, he has actively dabbled in the figurative art, using multi coloured oil paints mixed with street junk to create a very personal interpretation of a pop and street art hybrid.
