This original gouache artwork by Joan Vizcarra offers a witty and energetic reinterpretation of Disney’s Goofy as Elvis Presley, celebrating one of the most influential figures in popular music through the lens of classic animation. Set beneath a bold “ELVIS” marquee, the character appears in the King’s signature white jumpsuit, complete with guitar, microphone, and a charismatic stage presence that instantly evokes the excitement of a live concert.

Vizcarra’s expressive draftsmanship and confident use of color bring remarkable personality to the composition. The exaggerated pose, lively facial expression, and carefully rendered costume capture both Goofy’s unmistakable charm and the unmistakable charisma associated with Elvis. The vibrant gouache technique enhances the theatrical atmosphere while maintaining the spontaneity and warmth of an original illustration.
