This original pencil sketch by Z. Vendetta captures a charming moment between Disney’s beloved Mickey Mouse and Pluto within a loosely constructed woodland setting. The composition preserves the freshness of the artist’s first ideas, with visible construction lines, perspective guides, and exploratory strokes that reveal the evolution of the scene from concept to character interaction.

Rather than presenting a finished illustration, the artwork celebrates the expressive language of animation drawing. Mickey’s compact pose contrasts with Pluto’s dynamic stretch, creating a lively visual rhythm that conveys movement and personality with remarkable economy of line. The surrounding landscape is suggested with just a few confident strokes, allowing the focus to remain on the relationship between the two iconic characters.

Signed by the artist, this unique original artwork offers collectors an intimate glimpse into the creative process behind classic Disney-inspired character design. An exclusive piece that combines spontaneity, craftsmanship, and the timeless appeal of two of animation’s most enduring icons.
