This original artwork by Manuel Sanjulian presents Vampirella in a poised and subtly provocative full-length portrait. Standing with her arms crossed and looking directly toward the viewer, the iconic heroine dominates an otherwise open composition, allowing her silhouette and attitude to become the absolute focus of the piece.

Rendered in monochromatic blue, the drawing reveals a delicate balance between precise contours and softly modeled areas. Stronger passages in the flowing hair and boots contrast with the lighter treatment of the body, creating depth without sacrificing the immediacy of the drawing. The artist’s signature is clearly visible at the lower right.

Vampirella holds particular significance within Sanjulian’s career: his covers featuring the character helped earn him international recognition and became cult examples of fantasy and horror illustration. This signed, unique piece offers collectors an intimate interpretation of one of the genre’s most recognizable heroines.
